We Advocate For People With Disabilities In Every State

From one state to another, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims are administered with the same laws, processes and benefits. As a federally mandated program with an 85-year history, Social Security is as American as apple pie.

It doesn’t matter where you live, Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits are the same everywhere in the U.S. From our main office location in Minnesota, we help people with disabilities throughout the entire country. Just because we don’t have a separate page discussing SSD in your town or state, that doesn’t mean we can’t help you.

Why Should I Claim Social Security Benefits?

If you have been in an accident or received a diagnosis of a physical or mental disability, you may now be unable to continue with your usual occupation. SSD benefits may provide the safety net that you need.

With some exceptions, SSD benefits are usually available to people who have paid into the system through payroll taxes over the years. SSD is not a handout. It is a form of public disability insurance for people who cannot work full time because of illnesses and conditions such as the following:

  • Heart disease or irregularities
  • Breast cancer, prostate cancer or lung cancer
  • Paralysis, crippling arthritis or multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • Depression, anxiety disorders or bipolar disorder

Legal Counsel Is Available Nationwide With No Initial Fees

Only a small percentage of people who apply for benefits are approved right away even when they are clearly eligible for benefits. While many people find the application, verification and appeals processes hard to handle on their own, the real reason claims are denied is worse than you think. The Social Security Administration denies most applications the first time they are filed. As many as 70% of initial SSD claims are denied. This is why you shouldn’t give up if your claim is denied.

If your claim is denied, ask one of our Social Security Disability attorneys for advice and help. You can have peace of mind and reassurance that we are providing you our best efforts to help you get the benefits you need.

Don’t Hesitate To Contact Us

At Midwest Disability, P.A., initial consultations are free, and we do not collect attorney fees until and unless we recover benefits for our clients.

Distance is no barrier as we help people with disabilities anywhere in the country. We conduct most of our business with clients and their medical care providers by phone, mail and online videoconferences.

Call 763-447-4103 or 888-351-0427 or send us an email to schedule a meeting with an SSD attorney.
