- Whether your disability prevents you from engaging in any work activity classified as substantially gainful
- Documentation showing there has been no prior denial of disability for the past 60 days
It’s important to understand that the SSA generally rejects most applications of individuals applying for disability. A rejection may simply be due to the failure to appropriately list the conditions that could impact the ability to work.
